The Great Two Inch Blizzard In The North

 

Okay enough with the laughing at the South when snow falls. At least in the south there is usually a sheet of ice under the snow that causes the freak-out. Even if the large snow fall in the north the comes it is usually all snow flakes. This should stop all of the critics of the south when the sleet and ice comes through.
