Extra November Health Tip: Don't Blow It

It's okay to enjoy the holidays but keep in mind that every bite you eat will have consequences. I don't know anyone that won't put extra food in their mouths on Thanksgiving Day. It is just the way it is. Discipline takes a backseat once the aromas flow from the kitchen.
My only suggestion is to make good choices on the extras.
