Charleston's Special Grits


I agree, Charleston's famous Shrimp & Grits is the best. I was wondering why my version never comes out with quite the taste. Garden and Gun Magazine has a great article on the special old-timey, home grown grtits.

    This is one dish I have never tried. I know, I'm from the south...deep south, and never had grits and shrimp! Oh, the wonders of it all!

    Can't believe that. It's an all day meal... breakfast,lunch or dinner...or all three.
