Something new is happening at the dam. It
seems that someone has started a trend. Locks are showing up on the Lexington
side of the dam. I don't know if it is against the law to leave a lock on the
fence but it looks like the trend is catching on real fast. I wonder is the
people where smart enough to store the keys in a safe place.
Update
The locks on the dam started out looking like a neat idea.
However, lately there are locks being put up without a since of aesthetics
I now see bike locks, large groups of different color locks and even
bouquets of flowers. I am all for individuality and art appreciation but please please
Lets' keep the Dam Locks clean.
