has received love from all over the world since

a gunman walked into their bible study and

 killed nine members and wounded several others.

Spring is near. I can smell the sweet grass. Well...not really...I know it's still early. It's eighty degrees today in South Carolina. No one here is looking to see cold winds blow much any this year. The old famers always say plant after Easter to be sure your crops don't get killed by late frost. They however don't say anything about summer dresses, straw hats or early beach walks.

 

Enjoy the sunshine while you can.

Little did I know when my friends and I road our brand new banana seat bikes on a twenty minute ride from the small town of Orangeburg, SC to the even smaller town of St. Matthews, that some where I could possibly have bumped into a little girl that would one day win an Oscar. Everyone seems to have roots in the South.
