Fitness Tip: Things Not To Do While Working Out

All of these tips are great and should be adapted to your habits. However, number four is a particularly pet peeve of mine. No matter how small or large a gym is there should never be a need to  break another persons set unless you see their pattern and know that it won't take them off stride. On second thought just find another machine.
