study says that that too much cardio leads to the body holding on to fat. Well, I am still looking for the obsessed distance runners. Moderation has always been the key in my book. Vary your exercises and routines help in making the workout fun and also keeps the body guessing.
I think there is too much confusion for the beginner to just say cardio makes you gain pounds instead of losing pounds.
