Would You Live In An Art Zone?

 

London has a plan to create Creative Enterprise Zones.

Every I hear government officials setting up areas for certain people I think of science fiction movies from the pass like Logan's Run and the more recent Divergent series. Like in the movies these zones and sections usually end with less creativity and become a danger to all of us.

My questions to anyone that likes this idea.

 

What really happens when we start dividing people into groups?

Who picks the people for the zone?

Who funds the subsidies?

Who is responsible for the morality?

What is the definition of art in your mind?
What happens if you all of sudden realize you are not really an artist?
