It's 10:00pm and you are watching a movie or a game.
 The hunger pings begin to pinch harder and harder.
 
 What do you do?
 
Well...there are only two choices:
 
1. Give in and satisfy the beast.
 
2. Go to bed hungry.
 
If you are like me number one usually wins. I can't sleep when hunger hits.
