I Love You Sculpture

The South Carolina school for the deaf and blind has new art work. The hand sign that means I Love You is on Daniel Morgan Square Downtown Spartanburg. It’s created by South Carolina sculptor Bob Doster and helped by the students. Today is the dedication ceremony.
