The Tall Metal Monster Of The Field

Standing as tall as the tallest giraffe but moving much slower, it spews out liquid over everything near it. The sound it makes is soothing and will pull you into hours of viewing. The victims below it are silent for they have grown accustom to this treatment.  Inch by inch the tall metal monster crawls on and on. From a distance the movement is almost impossible to notice. But, before the night is over it will have sprayed its liquid on everything on hundreds of acres. The acres grow into miles but the metal monster doesn’t care. There is only one way it will stop. It must complete its task.

It does not matter what is on the field, soybean, corn, peanuts all get the same treatment. The only joy this monsters has is when it has sprayed everything it walks over. The tall metal monster of the field has done its job.

My prayer for you today is that you take these Bible verses you just read and do something with them. Too often we just take information in and then move on to the next project or thing. Use these awesome Bible Verses and put them into action by being obedient to what they teach!

Stolen Art Can Be Funny

This has got to be the strangest occurrence that I have heard in a long time. You know someone is writing the script right now; if not, maybe I will. One man on a mission, to steal a priceless piece of art work is more humorous than it seems.

Guns...no...Late at night through the vents...no...Deception during shipping..no.

It all goes down in broad day light, right in front of everyone. When I say in front of everyone, I mean right in front of everyone on camera. Is that bold or what? I guess he and the cab driver had an interesting conversation.

"Seen any good movies lately?

"No I'm into art."

Oh…What kind…modern?

No, I'm more into Picassos.

I wonder what the security guard said when he saw him leaving with the Picasso?
