Time To Reflect

When I was a child, my speech, feelings, and thinking were all those of a child; now that I am an adult, I have no more use for childish ways.  What we see now is like a dim image in a mirror; then we shall see face-to-face. What I know now is only partial; then it will be complete—as complete as God's knowledge of me.

Meanwhile these three remain: faith, hope, and love; and the greatest of these is love.

Every year around this time the fitness tourist come out to play. They are dressed-to-the-nines in brand new athletic wear and the latest gadgets available.  The season last for about two weeks but most gyms try to stretch it out to a month. January should be considered the official Fitness Tourist Month.

The holidays are here and everyone is in a rush to do whatever. There is no time to even stop and eat. However, you might want to read this article on fast foods before you skip too many healthy meals and decide on junk food alley. It may be worth it to pack a healthy snack just like you do at work. The study shows some interested things that happen to your bowels when you eat fast foods.
