A Different Look At The Confederate Flag
A different look at the Confederate flag by
Southern Artist
Leo Twiggs
“This was in 1967, and I would commute to Athens from Orangeburg. I’d look in my rearview mirror and see all the flags flying on the buildings in these little towns. I was fascinated by the fact that people were still holding on to this thing even though the war was over. Like Margaret Mitchell said, ‘That stuff is gone with the wind.’”

Burn 14 Calories A Minutes
A workout called Cindy does not live up to its name. It is definitely a man's workout. This CrossFit routine will have you exhausted. I am at an age where CrossFit ends up with more injuries than benefit. However stealing this safe Men's Health (WOD) is a great total body change up.

Houston's In Atlanta on Peachtree
I am a fan of the Peachtree Street Restaurant (Faith Miller, GM.)
The menu may change every time we get there but each dining experience is well worth the trip. If we are close to Peachtree Street we are going to stop in at Houston's/ The atmosphere is always friendly and inviting. This time the crispy chicken sandwich was a change from regular fried chicken on Sunday. As an extra surprise, the grilled beans became my new favorites.

Columbia SC Andy's Deli
This is a sandwich shop on the edge of the University of South Carolina and Five Points. I have had the pleasure of eating the Andy's Special since the early 1980s. Simple, hot and fast but always tasty.
Take it out or sit down and be catered to by the same lady that has been there since I have eating there. I have never dined at Andy's and not see (My Friend) Andy behind the register.
For those who haven't visited before the greeting is My Dear for ladies and My Friend is for any male.
Enjoy a great lunch if you are in the Columbia, SC area.
