Avoid Injuries In The Gym
Now that you have passed the New Years resolution test, your next goal should be to avoid injuries. Nothing stops you cold and puts you back into the same rut you were in before you got on a steady workout regime is have an avoidable injury happen. The main reason injuries occur is lack of focus. Always keep your mind on what you are doing in the gym. Weights and machines can be fun but remember they are not forgiving.

Why Panda?
Why The Panda?
The panda: a symbol of peace.
The panda is also strange and peculiar.
As Christians, we should have a peculiar peace in our daily walk.
In many of my my drawings and paintings the panda represent that peculiar peace
(Ref. Exodus 19:5, Duet. 14:2).
This does not mean that this image should be worshiped in anyway, but merely a symbol of the presence of the Holy Spirit in the painting.
Be on the look out for the panda in my paintings. Sometimes it may be the whole panda, other times it may be as small as just an eye.
