Physical Fitness and Your Core Strenght

 

Like physical fitness the core of your life should be strong; Both need to be worked on daily.  

Galatians 5:25

 

 

 

 Keep Christ at the core of your life. 

 

 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Against such things there is no law.

Galatians 5:22-23

 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions  and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.

Calm Down Enjoy The Sunshine

Take a Break

 

 

 

No matter where you are it's a good time to calm down and enjoy life. Even if you can't sit under a palm tree and soak the sunshine in you can still stop, breathe in and let you mind relax. Close your eyes and release all thoughts for five minutes. A five minute break from everyone will not cause chaos but it may save your sanity.  

 

Let the palm trees sway.

Don't Fear Change

Change comes whether you want it to or not.

 Without change staleness soon becomes death. A pond without fresh water will eventually loose all life. The fear of change never produces the anticipated outcome.

 

Take each day as it comes. God walks with those who walks with Him. 

 

Walk In The Light and You Will Not Give Into The Whims Of The World.
