How To Really Stay Hydrated

It sure looks impressive to walk around with a gallon of water, however most people never drink it all. Here’s a tip to stay hydrated and actually finish that large container of water while you sit in your office or studio. Instead of drinking from the huge water carrier keep a small cup near. Fill it with water and sit it near. Just by looking at the small amount you’ll take a sip and empty it. Okay…fill it up again and sit it down. Soon you will take another sip and finish. Before too long you will notice that all of the water in the huge container has vanished. Two things happen when you do this. Your mind doesn’t get scared of the large amount and your body absorbs the water better than trying to gulp a half of a gallon of water at one time. Try doing it that way and see your results zoom. Stay hydrated but don’t drown.

An Artist Guide To Keeping Your Artwork Safe...

How To Keep Your Art From Becoming Your Spouse’s Favorite Piece

1. Never let her/him know when it’s complete

2. Create very good hiding places for future pieces. ( If you wait until complete it’s too late)

3. Develop consignment tags (Bright red works best)

4. If possible put a strong lock on your studio. (Never use combination licks... you talk in your sleep)

5. Have friends come over with scripts

“ I just love the way everything looks right now. I wouldn’t change a thing.”

6  Remember none of this works... it just keep hope alive.
