Watching a nationally televised game last Saturday (Alabama
Crimson tide-Roll Tide) , I freeze-framed a second and a half section of the
game to see if I could pick out my son. On the first try I shocked myself. I
called my wife in and said do you see what I see? Sure enough he was in that
section. I think I'll but a lottery ticket.

Next Change-up Workout
Time to change up the routine. The change of seasons makes a good time to change the training. Change-ups are great to keep motivatied and keep muscles guessing what's next. Once you do it a couple times when the seasons change you will have already picked out a new training routine .

Running A Mile wearing 75 lbs
Congrats and major Kodos to
Hawaii-based 1st Lieutenant Ashley Sorensen
Ashley broke the record by two and a half minutes
when she completed the exhausting run Monday in 11 minutes and 6 seconds.
This is beyond impressive.
