Thanks For A Great Seaon

With the post season upon us now, it is time to thank the crew for the hard work they do. Thank you to all Grounds crew, Ball boys/girls, conssession Mangers and staff, Parking Attendants, Bus drivers, Marta workers, Hotel crews and the city of Atlanta for a great season. Good luck in the playoffs.

Let's Go Braves

Okay ...before tonights game, let me talk to you guys. Listen up. I need the bats warmed up tonight. Cold bats equal no runs. Each of you are capable of going to the seats but let's just get good contact and get on base.
Good luck. Now go get'um.

What Are The Chances?

Watching a nationally televised game last Saturday (Alabama Crimson tide-Roll Tide) , I freeze-framed a second and a half section of the game to see if I could pick out my son. On the first try I shocked myself. I called my wife in and said do you see what I see? Sure enough he was in that section. I think I'll but a lottery ticket.

Time to change up the routine. The change of seasons makes a good time to change the training. Change-ups are great to keep motivatied and keep muscles guessing what's next. Once you do it a couple times when the seasons change you will have already picked out a new training routine .
