August Fitness: Motivation

I am not one that needs much motivation to work-out. For those who need help with this Muscle and Fitness Magazine has seven helpful tips to keeping fitness goals. I must say that I can only say that I find only five out of seven. How many do you follow?

Another great stop. If you visit the friendly town of Tuscaloosa you must leave time to have a meal at DePalma's. Each dish that we have had (from basic Italian to specialties) left us with a smile. Believe me there is much to do in such a small town and restaurants have not taken a back seat. Enjoy the sports and eat well.

Sweet Grass basket weaving is a low-country tradition and way of life. The rights to harvest , weave and sell baskets are sold only to family members.

 

Each weaver has their own style.

 

 

 

If you are in Charleston, SC anyone will point you to the Market. The weavers weave and sell all in various places throughout the area.

Just remember the grass is rare and the weavers are dwindling.
