Reverence To God

 

Lord God, I know who You are and the power You have. You created all.

And all You ask is for us to believe in You. You have sent Your only Son as an example of how to live on this earth. Forgive us for turning away from you. As a nation help us to return to your ways. Extra November Health Tip: Don't Blow It

 

 

It's okay to enjoy the holidays but keep in mind that every bite you eat will have consequences. I don't know anyone that won't put extra food in their mouths on Thanksgiving Day. It is just the way it is. Discipline takes a backseat once the aromas flow from the kitchen.

My only suggestion is to make good choices on the extras.
