There is plenty of advice when it comes to fitness. The ones that fills most pages are the articles on telling you what to eat and what not to eat. I found this contradiction just after the second click. Notice the article id on filling foods to lose weight and below is another video link to tell you how bad the same food is for losing weight.
The old-school rule will and always work...moderation. Just take notice of what you eat and when you eat. There is no one that knows what you eat except you. To be honest you know when you are over eating or eating something that you shouldn't. If that doesn't work try writing down every single thing you put into your mouth to eat every day for at east three weeks. After that you will have lost started good habits or for some run out of paper. If you run out of paper please consult help from a professional.
The city of Charleston, SC has been named the Friendliest City by several international magazines. I believed that before the press and love to take day trips whenever I am able. This weekend was the wife's birthday and of course she jumped at the chance of carousing the streets of the friendly city. I am never disappointed on the food, sightseeing, history, music, celebrations and everything else going on. It just so happened that this past Sunday was the 2nd. Sunday of the month. And, on the 2nd Sunday of every month there is a King Street Party. After church is the perfect time to bring the family, the dogs and friends to walk, shop and eat on King Street.
You will not regret making up any reason to join in on the 2nd Sunday in Charleston event.

Two of the cities largest local churches will come together and fellowship with each other. Churches do this often but this is special. Predominately Black and predominately White congregations will join for a night of joy.
The night is one that represents a spirit of unity for the entire city, Rev. Charles B. Jackson Sr. said.
“We believe blacks and whites don’t trust one another because they don’t know one another and because we come from different backgrounds,” said Jackson, adding he and Estep have been friends for 20 years. “Instead of just a ceremonial changing of pulpits, we believe it is important to come together as a people and get to know each other.
We believe in the spirit of unity.”
“I think that the people of South Carolina have responded in such an incredible fashion to difficulties this past year,” Estep said. “We need to recognize that and then we need to thank the Lord who is sufficient for the needs that we have and to celebrate the unity that we all have in Christ.” Dr. Wendell Estep
