We all do it at one time or another. If you have a little too much weekend on a weekend, the best thing to do is get back in the saddle and ride again. There is no way you can make up for doing too much so don't overdo a workout thinking you can.

Life is full of turns and challenges so just take this in stride and just do your exercises as if you didn't over eat or over drink. The best medicine is hydration and a less stressful workout.

The smell of South Carolina Low-Country Sweetgrass is in the air. It's not strong but it's there. 

Like the Gullah Culture it puts a smile on your face. There is something good about having a hand-weaved Sweet-rass basket in the house and an original art work on the wall.

The SweetGrass Culture Arts Festival

 this year will be on

 June 2nd in Mt. Pleasant (Charleston)

under the historic Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge.

 Patriots Point Memorial Water Park will be filled with sweet grass baskets, fine art and almost any type craft you can think of. 

My family can not enter the studio during the whole month of May. It is too pack with energy, canvases and other art work. 

If you love art place this date on your calendar or better yet make it a weekend and enjoy the friendly city.
